NACo
 The National Association of Counties (NACo) is the only national organization that represents county governments in the United States. Founded in 1935, NACo provides essential services to the nation's 3,066 counties. NACo advances issues with a unified voice before the federal government, improves the public's understanding of county government, assists counties in finding and sharing innovative solutions through education and research, and provides value-added services to save counties and taxpayers money.
Through the public bid process conducted on behalf of NACo by Dallas County, Texas, NACo selected and contracted with HR Solutions. to provide cost savings and control services through employment related Background Checks, Drug Screening, and Employee Hotline. This bid process permits public agencies of all kinds to utilize any or all of the services of HR Solutions, at the prices and terms negotiated by NACo, by "piggybacking" on this contract.
The services provided by HR Solutions control costs through guarding against and avoiding negligent hire and retention law suits, violent and economic crimes, substance abuse and problem escalation.
